In the project editor, click the 'Export' dropdown in the top right corner and select 'LaTeX'. Your document will be compiled into a complete .tex file and downloaded to your computer inside a .zip folder alongside any required assets like images and a generated bibliography (.bib) file.
Yes! While editing a project, click the 'Share' button in the toolbar. This will generate a secret link you can send to anyone. Visitors will be able to view your document and leave anonymous comments without needing a DocForge account.
If you are logged out, click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. If you are logged in, navigate to your Profile page and select 'Change Password'. For security reasons, resetting a password will instantly log out all active sessions.
DocForge automatically applies standard academic formatting: Times New Roman, 12pt font, 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins, and justified text. We handle the formatting so you can focus on writing.
